ABSTRACT: The aim of this study was to obtain RNA expression profiles of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and to test the prognostic value of known and newly developed gene expression signatures. polyA mRNA sequencing was performed on HNSCC biopsy material obtained prior to chemoradiotherapy.
