ABSTRACT: Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), antibody-derived tag sequencing (scADT-seq) and T/B-cell receptor (TCR/BCR) sequencing (scTCR/BCR-seq) on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) obtained from 30 ATL patients (34 samples including 4 sequential ones), 11 HTLV-1-infected asymptomatic carriers, and 4 healthy donors.
