ABSTRACT: Transcriptomic analysis of glioblastoma (GBM) patients’ samples before and after treatment either with standard chemoradiation (TMZ+RT) or chemoradiation + TTFields (Novocure) 200 kHz. The original study (Diamant et al J Immunol 2021) evaluated changes in immune signature and immune infiltrate as evaluated by immune cell signatures.
