Single cell RNA sequencing of colorectal cancer patients (KUL3/KUL5)

ABSTRACT: Libraries for scRNA-seq were generated using the Chromium Single Cell 3′ or 5′ library and Gel Bead & Multiplex Kit from 10x Genomics. Aimed to profile 5000 cells per library (if sufficient cells were retained during dissociation).
