A multi-center genome-wide association study for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

ABSTRACT: We performed a genome-wide association study (GWAS) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), using a multi-center study (4083 NPC cases and 4811 controls). We derived a PRS from the GWAS and validated its performance in additional study samples.
