Detection of uniparental disomy from genome sequencing of family trio

ABSTRACT: We created a bioinformatics pipeline to detect uniparental disomy from whole genome sequence data of family trios. We use inheritance patterns of single nucleotide polymorphisms to identify uniparental disomy events.
