ABSTRACT: This study is aimed at further elucidating the genomic landscape of plasma cells disorders throughout the disease trajectory from precursor disease to newly diagnosed myeloma, to minimal residual disease assessment and later relapse. Targeted DNA next-generation sequencing was performed.
