Molecular Profile of Colorectal Cancer in Nigeria

ABSTRACT: Consecutive patients (n=64) from Nigeria, with histologically confirmed CRC, had anonimized next generation sequencing using MSKIMPACT. This was compared to a contemporary cohort of CRC patients processed through the Molecular Diagnostics Center at MSKCC (n=1145).
