Hypoxia-induced limitation of nucleoside triphosphates causes aneuploidy in human primary lobar bronchial epithelial cells


ABSTRACT: Primary lobar bronchial epithelial cells were subjected to 3% oxygen. Whole exome sequencing was performed after 1 and 4 weeks of hypoxic cultivation and data were normalized to normoxic controle cells.
