Identification of differentially expressed circRNA in gallbladder cancer compared with matched normal tissue

ABSTRACT: We hypothesized that the circRNA will play an important role in the progresion of gallbladder cancer. To test this hypothesis, we collect the gallbladder cancer and matched normal tissue from 4 different patients and examined the circRNA expression in these 8 sampels through next generation sequencing.
