De novo assembly and transcriptome analysis of two different starch content Ipomoea batatas cultivars

ABSTRACT: In this study, we compared the root transcriptomes between high and low starch content species in three different growth and development periods.This provided a new perspective and resources for the molecular mechanisms study of storage root formation and development process.
