Transcriptional changes in mouse lungs induced by house dust mite

ABSTRACT: We examined the transcriptional changes in mouse lungs induced by house dust mite (HDM), D.f. extract and the isolated RNA was utilized for RNA-seq analysis. Our results demonstrated that HDM strongly triggered an inflammatory response.
