ABSTRACT: Gene expression profiling was performed to characterise transcriptional programs associated with response to type I JAK2 inhibitor ruxolitinib, type II JAK2 inhibitor CHZ868 or shRNA-mediated JAK2 knockdown in MHH-CALL4 cells.
