ABSTRACT: Genome-wide transcriptome analysis of hypocotyl comparing wild type with the shr-2 mutant. We used Hiseq2500 sequencing platform to identify the key players in the SHORT-ROOT-mediated hypocotyl growth and developmental pathway.
