Transcriptional Analysis of Wild Type and KLF4-/- Peritoneal Macrophages

ABSTRACT: Krüppel-like factor 4 (KLF4) is a critical regulator of macrophage activation. Here, we report transcriptomic differences in peritoneal macrophages isolated from Lysozyme M Cre (control) and myeloid-specific KLF4 knockout mice.
