Genome-wide analysis of gene expression by SGC7901 subjected to recombinant human STIP1 (rhSTIP1)

ABSTRACT: Analysis of SGC7901 in proliferation, apoptosis, metastasis, and metabolism at gene expression level. The hypothesis tested in the present study was that rhSTIP1 influences the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition of SGC7901. Results provide important information of the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition, such as Wnt signaling pathway genes, up- or down-regulated specific metastasis cellular functions.
