Gene expression analysis of human cancer associated fibroblasts (CAFs) stimulated with Platelet-Derived Growth Factor (PDGF)-CC

ABSTRACT: This study is part of a larger effort set to determine the factors requried for the crosstalk between tumor cells and fibroblasts in breast cancer. Specifically, the primary aim of this microarray analysis is to detail the soluble factors secreted by cancer-asociated fibroblasts following stmulation with PDGF-CC.
