ABSTRACT: For establishing a live-cell biobank of Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma (MPM) samples, cultures of two MPM patients were compared to the original tumor tissue using Affymetrix OncoScan Microarrays for genome-wide CNV and LOH detection.
