ChIP-seq for H3K4me3, H3K27me3, H3K79me2 in MCF10A cells

ABSTRACT: We performed ChIP-Seq against histones H3K4me3, H3K27me3, and H3K79me2 in MCF10A cells to identify transcription factors with bivalent and pseudo-bivalent epigenetic modifications.
