Transcriptional responses of melanoma cells to BRAF inhibition

ABSTRACT: We performed a time-course experiment to determine the temporal transcriptional changes that occur in human melanoma cells when cultured with the BRAF inhibitor vemurafenib from 3 days to 73-90 days.
