MiRNAs expression in four breast cancer cells


ABSTRACT: To determine the miRNAs’ roles in the tumorigenesis behavior of TNBC, we profiled the global miRNA expression in 2 highly aggressive TNBC cell lines (MDA-MB-231 and CAL-51) in comparison with that in 2 non-aggressive luminal-type breast cancer cell lines (ZR-75-1 and MCF-7).
