Naturally-occurring canine invasive urothelial carcinoma harbors luminal and basal transcriptional subtypes found in human muscle invasive bladder cancer 


ABSTRACT: RNA-seq was used to identify basal and luminal subtypes in canine bladder cancer. In addition to larger gene-sets, a smaller panel of genes was developed to stratify canine samples into either basal or luminal subtype prospectively. Immune signature patterns were queried in basal and luminal subtypes.
