RNA-seq of glioma patient tissues treated by DMSO or LY2109761

ABSTRACT: Glioma tissues from patients were cultured in complete DMEM and treated with either DMSO or LY2109761, an inhibitor of TGFBR2. Tissue blocks of TBD0207 and TBD0220 were subjected to RNA-seq.
