Single cell RNA-seq from cortical cells from e16.5 HET and COP1 KO mice

ABSTRACT: This study investigates the changes in gene expression with COP1 loss. Single cell reoslution allowed idetnfication of changes in cell populations and in particular an increase in the number of oligodendrocytes in the COP1 KO mice.
