ABSTRACT: Here we reveal the governing role of the chromatin interactome in the commitment and propagation of the initiating signal in early neurogenesis by reconstructing dynamic Gene Regulatory Networks (GRNs) that integrate transcriptome, chromatin accessibility and long-range chromatin interactions in a temporal dimension.
