WGBS assessment of global methylation alterations in Dnmt3a1KO , Dnmt3a2KO, Dnmt3aKO, Tet1KO and DKO mouse embryonic stem cells

ABSTRACT: Using WGBS we assessed global DNA methylation changes in Dnmt3a1KO/Dnmt3a2KO/Dnmt3aKO/Tet1KO/DKO mouse embryonic stem cells. Compared with WT cells, Dnmt3aKO cells but not Dnmt3bKO cells showed genome-wide hypomethylation.
