HMGB1 and Alu-siRNA inhibit the growth of human lung tumor cells

ABSTRACT: We performed expression profiling using microarray technology. The expression profiling identified genes or mechanism potentially regulating the proliferation of human lung cancer cells by BoxA of HMGB1 and Alu-siRNA transfection. The RNAs of our experiment were hybridized with Agilent SurePrint G3 Human GE 8X60K, V3 Microarrays (Agilent®).
