Effect of EGC treatment on genome instability induced by cisplatin treatment

ABSTRACT: Cisplatin treatment causes genome instability by single-strand annealing (SSA) activation in some cancer cells. Therefore, we checked whether EGC, a RAD52 inhibitor, can restrain genome instability induced by cisplatin treatment.
