Transcriptome analysis of Meg3 KD and IG-DMR maternal deletion in ESC, pMN, and MN


ABSTRACT: Analysis of gene expression at three time-points upon Meg3 KD and IG-DMR maternal deletion during motor neuron differentiation Overall design: Total RNA were isolated from ESC, pMN, and MN in Meg3 KD, IG-DMR maternal deletion and WT. Subsequently, ESC, pMN, and MN in Meg3 KD, IG-DMR maternal deletion and WT transcriptome were analyzed by Agilent SurePrint G3 Mouse GE 8x60K Microarray (Agilent-G4858A-028005).

The mammalian imprinted Dlk1-Dio3 locus produces multiple long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) from the maternally inherited allele, including Meg3 (i.e., Gtl2) in the mammalian genome.
