ABSTRACT: We used RNA-seq technology to characterise the extent of transcriptional response to transverse aortic compression (TAC) in mouse models, both in wild type and in Clk3-knocked down animals. We thereby provide an extensive characterization of the changes occurring at the genome-wide levels, including isoforms switches and splicing patterns.
