Transcriptional profiling of the cardiac left ventricle during pregnancy and the early post-partum period

ABSTRACT: Comparative analysis was done to identify genes and pathways affected in the heart left ventricle during different stages of pregnancy. Microarray profiling was done on nonpregnant, pregnant, and early post-partum mice, with diestrus females serving as reference.
