Expression data from purified hepatoblasts and differentiated hepatocytes and cholangiocytes

ABSTRACT: To identify differentially expressed genes involved in differentiation process of Dlk+ cells, we have conducted whole genome microarray expression profiling. Subsequently, genes exhibiting a change greater than 2.0-fold were selected.
