Genetic response of E.coli to mild elevated pressure

ABSTRACT: The genetic response of E.coli K-12 MG 1655 to 1MPa pressure was examined using transcriptomic analysis by RNA-Seq. The results show many differentially expressed genes are invovled in oxidative stress, Fe-S cluster assesmbly and iron acquisition.
