ABSTRACT: Human BCR-ABL1 ALL cells were sorted as CD25-positive and CD25-negative BCR-ABL1 ALL cells on three xenograft samples BLQ11, LAX9 and BLQ1. The expression profiles of CD25+ and CD25- BCR-ABL1 ALL cells were studied by Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array.
