Transcriptome analysis of ear cartilage lipochondrocytes at multiple stages of differentiation.

ABSTRACT: RNA-seq data was obtained from mouse ear cartilage lipochondrocytes at varying postnatal stages. The transcriptome of each stage was analyzed and compared against other stages, creating a "timeline" of cellular events. Adult transcriptome data was analyzed and compared against adult white adipose tissue adipocyte transcriptome.
