RNA-seq data showing the effects of rpoD mutation t1682c in Pseudomonas fluorescens

ABSTRACT: We report RNA-seq data for four Pseudomonas fluorescens SBW25 types: SBW25 (wild type) and dervied types 6A4, 6B4-Cap- and 6B4-Cap+. The aim of the study is to see the effect of a mutation in rpoD (carried by 6B4) on the transcriptome.
