ABSTRACT: We conducted gene expression profile analysis by using wild-type peritoneal macrophages(termed WTPM).Scatter diagram revealed the most prominent different expression of genes altered in macrophages upon IL-4 stimulation were associated with M2 macrophage and Trims genes.
