ABSTRACT: This study is to assess the safety, tolerability, and biomarkers of protection in healthy malaria-naive adults, who will receive bites from Anopheles stephensi mosquitoes either infected with Plasmodium falciparum Sporozoites (PfRAS) (true-immunization) or noninfected (mock-immunization).
