Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of Wild Type (WT) and dek41 Transcriptomes

ABSTRACT: Analysis of gene expression level. The hypothesis tested in the present study was that dek41 mutation affects cis-splicing of nad4 intron 3 in mitochondria in mutant kernels. Results provide important information of the gene expression level of mitochondrial membrane and metabolic process pathway associated genes.
