Genome-wide maps of chromatin state in renin cells [ChIP-Seq]

ABSTRACT: We generated genome-wide chromatin-state maps of mouse renin cells: chronically recruited cells and As4.1 cell line. We found that H3K27ac can discriminate a set of regulatory regions unique for the renin cells.
