Expression data from rats liver

ABSTRACT: Diabetes exerts adverse effects on the initiation or progression of diabetes and metabolic syndrome of in the next generation. In past studies, limited attention has been given to the fathers’ role in shaping the metabolic landscape of offspring. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression identified differientially expressed genes during this process.
