Gene expression data from mouse inner medullary collecting duct cells expressing wild type ILK and missense variant T173I
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Renal branching morphogenesis is regulated by a number of intracellular signalling pathways. ILK has been previously shown to be an important regulator of RBM. Missense Variant, ILK-T173I, within the ankyrin-repeat domain is associated with congenital abnormalities of renal and urinary tract. We used microarray analysis to screen for differences in signalling pathway activity and gene target expression to identifity the underlying molecular mechanisms that contribute to renal and urinary tract malformations
