HOIL-1/RBCK1 promotes p53 degradation in Renal cancer cells

ABSTRACT: We performed RBCK1 depletion in renal cancer cells along with RNA sequencing. The expression profiling showed p53 signaling as a potential RBCK1 target and the conclusions were also verified in clinical samples.
