ABSTRACT: Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of 26 primary central nervous system lymphomas (PCNSL). The Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation 450 BeadChip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 450,000 CpGs in PCNSL samples.
