Analysis if IGF1-mediated cardioprotection after acute myocardial infarction in C57BL6/J mice

ABSTRACT: In order to identify potential mechanisms involved in cardioprotection by IGF1 we performed microarray analysis of the infarcted areas on day1, day2, and day7 after acute myocardial infarction.
