Project description:Transcriptional profiling of human hepatoellular carcinoma (HCC) cell line: MHCC-97H comparing control untreated MHCC-97H cells with MHCC-97H cells overexpressed ROCK1 protein. Goal was to determine the effect of ROCK1 on global MHCC-97H cell mRNA and lncRNA expression. As possible as we can to use the same sample for miRNA, mRNA and protein experiment. 4 prostate cancer and 4 normal tissue are applied to mRNA microarray experiment. The mRNA microaaray experiment service are supplied by ShanghaiBio Corporation(Shanghai,China).

Project description:To determine the drug target of lenvatinib, RNAseq was used to evaluate the transcriptome differences between lenvatinib-treated MHCC-97H cells and their parental counterparts.Results show that SERPINE1 may be direct target of lenvatinib, and AKR1C1 have potential prognostic significance in the prediction of LR(lenvatinib-resistant) in HCC. AKR1C1 could be a promising therapeutic target for patients with LR-type liver cancer.
