Transcriptomic analysis of gefitinib-resistant EGFR-mutant NSCLC cells

ABSTRACT: We have employed a transcriptomic approach to find a molecular target that could compensate for the loss of EGFR signaling in NSCLC cell lines with acquired resistance to gefitinib with an EMT phenotype.
