Transcriptomic analysis of Arabidopsis anac044anac085 and sog1 mutnat under DNA damage condition.

ABSTRACT: To identify genes whose expression is regulated by SOG1 and ANAC044/085 in response to double strand breaks, wild-type, anac044 anac085, and sog1-1 mutant plants were treated with or without bleomycin for 10 h and were subjected to microarray analysis using Agilent custom microarrays.
