Genome-wide expression profiling of Uhrf1hepKO mouse livers at baseline and following PHx

ABSTRACT: This study was carried out to investigate the mechanism behind the enhanced liver regenerative response observed in Uhrf1hepKO mice. Livers was collected at baseline and at 24hrs, 30hrs, 40hrs, 48hrs, 96hrs, 7days and 4 weeks following 2/3 partial hepatectomy surgery (PHx). These timepoints correspond to key cell cycle events that occur following PHx as established in literature.
