ABSTRACT: Muscle-restricted coiled-coil protein (MURC)/Cavin-4, which is a component of caveolae, is involved in the pathophysiology of dilated cardiomyopathy and cardiac hypertrophy. We used microarrays to examine the gene expression of mouse hearts perturbed by MURC deficieny.
